30 Modified operation of Division 1 of Part 5 of Chapter 2 of new Act—application of notional section 91A
Notional section 91A of the new Act: (a) applies for the purposes of enabling place allocation decisions taken to have been made under paragraph 4(1)(c) or (2)(b) of Schedule 2 to the CTP Act; and (b) applies in addition to section 91 of the new Act; and (c) does not affect the operation of section 91 of the new Act after the transition time.
