157 Reconsideration decisions not made as at the transition time

(1) This section applies if, before the transition time: (a) a person had made a request under section 99 of the Commission Rules in relation to a complaints reviewable decision; and (b) a reconsideration decision within the meaning of the Commission Rules had not been made in relation to the complaints reviewable decision. (2) Despite the repeal of the old law and subject to this section, the Commission Rules continue to apply in relation to the complaints reviewable decision as if the repeal had not happened.
