152 Circumstances in which higher everyday living fee not to be charged to individuals—all higher everyday living agreements

Section 284‑20 of the new rules applies as if the following were added at the end of that section: ‘; (d) the provider charges the individual an extra service fee under section 145 of the Aged Care (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Rules 2025 for or in connection with the service; (e) the provider charges the individual an additional service fee under section 146 of the Aged Care (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Rules 2025 for or in connection with the service.’
