150 Fees and contributions payable in an approved residential care home—resident contribution

Division 2 of Part 2 of Chapter 8 of the new rules applies as if the following were inserted after Subdivision A:

‘Subdivision B—Resident contribution

276‑5 Resident contribution—amounts for working out maximum

For the purposes of paragraph 276(2)(b) of the Act, the other amounts are the following: (a) the amount of any extra service fee charged under section 145 of the Aged Care (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Rules 2025; (b) the amount of any additional service fee charged under section 146 of the Aged Care (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Rules 2025.’
