147 Accommodation supplement—circumstances for applicability and amount
Subsection 230‑10(1) of the new rules applies as if the following were added at the end of that subsection: ‘; and (d) the individual is not charged, for the day, an extra service fee under section 145 of the Aged Care (Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Rules 2025 for or in connection with the services.’
