124 Care minutes supplement—amount for quarter starting 1 April 2026
(1) Section 239‑35 of the new rules applies subject to this section. (2) The amount of care minutes supplement for an individual for a day in the quarter that starts on 1 April 2026 is to be worked out in the same way as it would have been worked out for a care recipient for a day in the quarter in accordance with section 64ZV of the SFP Determination if that Determination had not been repealed.
