111 Flexible care subsidy in respect of flexible care provided through multi‑purpose service paid before transition time
(1) This section applies if: (a) flexible care subsidy in respect of flexible care provided through a multi‑purpose service is paid, before the transition time, in relation to a payment period, in accordance with an agreement of a kind mentioned in paragraph 108(3)(a) of the Subsidy Principles; and (b) the payment period ends after the transition time. (2) Despite the repeal of the old law, an amount of such subsidy is not a recoverable amount within the meaning of the old Act or the new Act merely because the payment period ends after the transition time.
