101 Record keeping relating to suitability matters under the old law
(1) This item applies if, before the transition time, an entity was required to keep a record of matters under paragraph 63‑1A(b) of the old Act. (2) Despite the repeal of the old Act, the requirement under paragraph 63‑1A(b) of the old Act continues to apply as if that repeal had not happened.
