Determination under section 44-16

I, SANTO SANTORO, Minister for Ageing, acting under section 44-16(3) of the Aged Care Act 1997, REVOKE, immediately before 1 July 2006, Determination ACA Ch.3 No. 9/2005, and DETERMINE, commencing on 1 July 2006, that the amount of TRANSITIONAL SUPPLEMENT, payable, in the circumstances set out in section 21.26 of the Residential Care Subsidy Principles 1997, in respect of a day is $16.89
