#### 72 Placement of child for adoption in conformity with wishes as to cultural heritage, identity or ties 72 Placement of child for adoption in conformity with wishes as to cultural heritage, identity or ties > Subject to Part 2 of Chapter 4 of the Act, the relevant decision-maker is to make all reasonable efforts to place the child with an approved person— > > > (a) who has the cultural heritage, identity or ties expressed by a parent or guardian of the child in consenting to adoption of the child or in the adoption plan, or both, as being the cultural heritage, identity or ties which the parent or guardian wishes a person adopting the child to have, or > > > (b) whose domestic arrangements accord with the wishes so expressed by a parent or guardian.
