#### 64 Revocation of approval 64 Revocation of approval > > (1) The relevant decision-maker may at any time revoke approval of an authorised carer as suitable to adopt a child. > > > (2) The relevant decision-maker must— > > > > > (a) advise the authorised carer of a decision to revoke an approval as soon as practicable after the decision is made, and > > > > > (b) give the authorised carer written advice of their right to request reasons for, and apply for a review of, the decision under Chapter 10 of the Act.
