#### 63 Approvals subject to conditions 63 Approvals subject to conditions > Without limiting the conditions that the relevant decision-maker may impose under clause 60, conditions may be imposed that— > > > (a) limit the duration of the approval, or > > > (b) require an authorised carer approved as suitable to adopt the child to confirm or update the particulars of the application for approval on a periodic basis or at the request of the relevant decision-maker.
