#### 50 Revocation of approval 50 Revocation of approval > > (1) The relevant decision-maker may at any time revoke approval of an applicant as suitable to adopt a child. > > > (2) The relevant decision-maker must— > > > > > (a) advise an applicant of a decision to revoke an approval as soon as practicable after the decision is made, and > > > > > (b) give the applicant written advice of the applicant’s right to request reasons for, and apply for a review of, the decision under Chapter 10 of the Act, and > > > > > (c) if the relevant decision-maker is the principal officer of an adoption service provider—notify the Secretary in writing of the decision to revoke the approval as soon as practicable after the decision is made.
