#### 194 Restriction on inspection of records 194 Restriction on inspection of records (cf AC Act ss 66, 67) > > (1) Except as provided by this Act (in particular Chapter 8) or the regulations, the following records are not to be open to inspection by, or made available to, any person, including any party to proceedings before the Court under this Act— > > > > > (a) records made in connection with the administration or execution of this Act or the former Acts, > > > > > (b) without limiting paragraph (a)— > > > > > > > (i) records of any proceedings under this Act or the former Acts, and > > > > > > > (ii) any reports made under section 40, 78 or 91 of this Act or comparable provisions of the former Acts. > > > (2) Subsection (1) (b) does not apply to any record or report if so ordered by the Court. > > > (3) This section does not prevent a record from being produced to the following if required by a subpoena or other compulsory process— > > > > > (a) a court, > > > > > (b) a tribunal, > > > > > (c) an authority or person having power to require the production of documents or the answering of questions. > > > (4) In this section— > > > > produce includes permit access to. > > **s 194:** Am 2021 No 16, Sch 1\[2\].
