91 Interfering with upbringing of child or young person
A person who was a parent or guardian of a child or young person but
has, because of an adoption of the child or young person, ceased to
be the parent or guardian of the child or young person must not—
(a) interfere in or influence the upbringing of the child or young
person or the relationship between the child or young person and
the adoptive parents; or
(b) except if an adoptive parent is a birth relative of the child or
young person or a step-parent—otherwise than in accordance
with the approval of the director-general or with division 3.7,
communicate in any way with—
(i) the child or young person until he or she attains the age of
18 years; or
(ii) a person who, to his or her knowledge, is an adoptive
parent of the child or young person.
