64 Protection of privacy
(1) A person is not, because of this division, entitled to personal
information relating to another person (whether alive or dead).
(2) In subsection (1):
personal information means information or an opinion, whether true
or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an
individual whose identity is apparent, or can reasonably be
ascertained, from the information or opinion.
