55 State central authority (1) The director-general is the State central authority for the ACT for the purposes of the Convention, article 6 (2). (2) The director-general must tell the Commonwealth central authority— (a) that the director-general is the State central authority for the ACT; and (b) the address and functions of the State central authority for the ACT.
