52 Discharge
(1) The court may, at any time, make an order discharging an interim
order, and may make any order for the custody of the child or young
person that the court thinks fit.
(2) An interim order ceases to have effect on the making of an adoption
order in respect of the child or young person, whether made in the
ACT, a State or another Territory.
