32 Access during revocation period
(1) A person whose consent to the adoption of a child or young person is
required is entitled to have access to the child or young person before
the end of the period during which that consent may be revoked unless
the director-general, by notice in writing served on that person,
informs that person that access is denied.
(2) The director-general must not give a notice under subsection (1)
unless satisfied that it is necessary for protecting the best interests of
the child or young person to do so.
