115 Director-general may appear at hearings (1) The director-general, or a person appointed for the purpose by the director-general, may appear at the hearing of the proceedings on an application for an adoption order, and may address the court, and call, examine and cross-examine witnesses. (2) For subsection (1), the director-general is a party to the proceedings.
