103Reviewable decision notices

103 Reviewable decision notices (1) If a person makes a reviewable decision, the person must give a reviewable decision notice only to each entity prescribed by regulation in relation to the decision. (2) If a child or young person is prescribed by regulation for subsection (1), the director-general must give a reviewable decision notice to the child or young person only if the director-general considers it is appropriate to give the notice to the child or young person having regard to the child’s or young person’s age.
