91 Interpretation In this Division, a reference to information about an adopted person is a reference to information about the adopted person or the natural parents or the relatives of the adopted person which the relevant authority is satisfied— (a) is reasonably likely to be true; and (b) does not unreasonably disclose information relating to the personal affairs of a natural parent, a relative or any other person.
