88 Protection of privacy A person shall not, under this Part, give to an applicant under this Part, and an applicant under this Part is not entitled to obtain, information relating to the personal affairs of a person (whether living or dead) other than the applicant or from which another person may be identified, whether directly or indirectly, except subject to and in accordance with this Part.
