79B Secretary may obtain information from Registrar S. 79B(1) amended by No. 57/1989 s. 3(Sch. item 6.5). (1) For the purposes of an application under Part VI a relevant authority may apply to the Registrar for copies of or information contained in any records of the County Court, Supreme Court or Magistrates' Court which are in the custody of the Registrar. (2) The Registrar must give to the relevant authority information in the possession or under the control of the Registrar to which an application under subsection (1) relates.
