69Y Report on person who wishes to adopt a child in a prescribed overseas jurisdiction If a person— (a) wishes to adopt a child in a prescribed overseas jurisdiction; and (b) is on the register of approved persons kept under section 13A by the Secretary or the principal officer of an approved agency— the Secretary or principal officer may send an assessment report on the person to the adoption authority of the prescribed overseas jurisdiction.
