64 Discharge of interim orders (1) The Court may, at any time, make an order discharging an interim order made under this Division or an interim order made under any corresponding previous enactment, and may make such order for the care and control of the child as it thinks fit. (2) An interim order shall cease to have effect upon the making of an order for the adoption of the child, whether made in Victoria or in another State or in a Territory.
