26 Renewal of approval S. 26(1) amended by No. 46/1998 (1) An approved agency may apply in writing to the Secretary for renewal of approval as an adoption agency. S. 26(2) amended by No. 46/1998 (2) Where the Secretary receives an application under subsection (1), the Secretary shall publish notice of the application in the Government Gazette. S. 26(3) amended by No. 46/1998 (3) The Secretary may, as the Secretary thinks fit, grant or refuse an application under subsection (1) as if it were an application under section 21.
