125 Personation Any person who personates or falsely represents himself to be a person whose consent to the adoption of a child is required by this Act or by the law of another State or of a Territory shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty of not more than 25 penalty units or to imprisonment for a term of not more than 6 months or both.
