118 Harbouring child taken from adoptive parents Any person who receives or harbours a child on behalf of a person who, to his knowledge has taken, led enticed or decoyed the child away, or is detaining the child, in contravention of section 117, shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a penalty of not more than 25 penalty units or to imprisonment for a term of not more than 6 months or both.
