111 Certified copies etc. of adoption orders to be evidence In any proceedings in any Court— (a) a certified copy of an adoption order made by any Court (whether in Victoria or elsewhere) or a certified extract giving particulars of any such order and purporting to be signed by the proper officer of the Court which made the order; or (b) a certified copy of an entry in any public official record of the adoption of children (whether kept in Victoria or elsewhere) or a certificate or extract giving particulars of any such entry and purporting to be signed by the person having the custody of such record— shall be prima facie evidence of the making of the order and of the facts stated therein.
