110 Judicial notice of signatures In proceedings under this Act, judicial notice shall be taken of the signature of a person who holds or has held, or is acting or has acted in, the office of the Secretary, or the corresponding office in another State or in a Territory or of any delegate of such a person, appearing on a document and of the fact that at the time the document was signed by the person, the person held, or was acting in, that office.
