78 Marshal may make interim demands for costs and expenses
If a person is liable to pay the costs and expenses of a Marshal under these Rules, the Marshal: (a) may demand or accept an amount of money that the Marshal considers reasonable as a deposit towards discharging the liability; and (b) may make 1 or more demands for interim payments on account of those costs and expenses.
