#### 61 Service on at least 1 respondent (1) The applicant in a limitation proceeding must not apply: (a) to have the proceeding set down for hearing; or (b) for judgment in default of appearance; unless at least 1 of the persons named as respondents in the initiating process has been served with initiating process. (2) An application referred to in paragraph (1)(a) or (b) must be supported by an affidavit setting out the name and, if known to the applicant, the address, of each other person who, to the knowledge of the applicant, has, or may have, a maritime claim against the applicant arising out of or connected with the matter in respect of which liability is to be limited.
