21Limitation proceedings

#### 21 Limitation proceedings (1) A limitation proceeding must be commenced as an action in personam. (2) A limitation proceeding must be commenced by a statement of claim in accordance with Form 7. (3) At least 1 of the respondents to the limitation proceeding must be named as respondent in the initiating process. (4) Other respondents need not be so named but may be identified as respondents in the initiating process by reference to their being members of a specified class of persons. (5) Initiating process need not be served on respondents so identified.
