#### 42 Rules Committee (1) The Attorney‑General shall constitute a committee consisting of not more than 7 persons to advise the Attorney‑General with respect to the Rules and shall appoint a member of the committee to preside at meetings of the committee. (2) The members of the committee shall include a Judge of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory and a Judge of the Federal Court. (3) Subject to the directions, if any, of the Attorney‑General, the procedure of the committee shall be as the committee determines.
