Section 30, as amended by the Administrative Review Tribunal Amendment Rules (No. 1) 2025 (the amending instrument), applies to an application that relates to a reconsideration decision mentioned in item 2A of the table in that section if: (a) the application is made on or after the commencement of the amending instrument; and (b) the decision to which the reconsideration decision relates is made on or after 1 November 2025.
