20 Purpose of this Division
For the purposes of paragraphs 296(2)(a) and (b) of the Act, this Division provides for fees to be payable in respect of the following: (a) applications to the Tribunal (including applications taken to be made to the Tribunal, and applications referred to the guidance and appeals panel under section 122 of the Act); (b) applications to the President under section 123 of the Act.
