11 Participation notices

Participation notices must give reasons (1) For the purposes of paragraph 64(2)(a) of the Act, a participation notice in relation to a proceeding or Tribunal case event in relation to a proceeding must identify the reason why the non‑participating party to the proceeding or Tribunal case event wishes to participate in the proceeding or Tribunal case event. Other parties to be notified (2) For the purposes of paragraph 64(1)(b) of the Act, if a non‑participating party to a proceeding or Tribunal case event in relation to a proceeding gives the Tribunal a participation notice, the party must give a copy of the notice to each of the other parties to the proceeding.
