25 Assessment panels not subject to direction by the Minister
(1) For the purposes of subsection 209(2) of the Act, the persons who are part of an assessment panel for an appointment are not subject to direction by the Minister in relation to the panel’s assessment of whether or not a person is suitable for the appointment. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to subsection 23(5) and section 26.
