79  Subsection 95H(1)  (1) If the ART reasonably believes that a person has information that is relevant to an ART review and the person is not a party to the review, the ART may, by written notice given to the person, require the person to give to the ART, within the period and in the manner specified in the notice, any such information. 80  Subsection 95H(2) (penalty) 81  Section 95J (heading) 95J  ART may require Registrar to obtain information for ART review 82  Subsection 95J(1) Omit “If the AAT is satisfied that a person has information, or custody or control of a document, that is relevant to an AAT first review, the AAT may”, substitute “If the ART is satisfied that a person has information, or custody or control of a document, that is relevant to an ART review, the ART may”.
