2  Commencement  (1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Schedules 1 to 15 At the same time as the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 commences.However, the provisions do not commence at all if that Act does not commence. 14 October 2024 - 2A. Schedule 16, item 1 The day after this Act receives the Royal Assent. 1 June 2024 - 3. Schedule 16, items 2 to 30 At the same time as the provisions covered by table item 2. 14 October 2024 - 4.
