Tasmania regulation
This order records and effects technical amendments to the Mental Health Act 2013 to remove inconsistencies and states those amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version. It takes effect on notification in the Gazette (cl.2) and is administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet. The instrument does not itself create new penalties, fees or policy directions; it updates the authorised statute text that courts, agencies and practitioners must follow (cl.3; cl.4–8).
