What this instrument is and does (plain English)
This document is an Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order for Tasmania (No. 3) 2026. Instruments of this type reassign which Minister or government department is responsible for particular Acts, functions or administrative tasks. They are an executive housekeeping tool: they move responsibilities around inside government, they do not by themselves change primary law (Acts of Parliament).
