Tasmania regulation
This is a Tasmanian Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order that reallocates administrative responsibility for laws, programs and public‑service functions between Ministers and departments. Mechanically it changes who administers and is accountable for particular matters, without (typically) altering the underlying statutes.
It affects Ministers, departments and public servants (reporting lines, processes), plus businesses and the public who will deal with different agencies. Practical effects are changed accountability, short‑term transaction costs and implementation risk; specifics can’t be stated because the operative schedules weren’t provided.
