20 Regulations modifying Acts
(1) The Governor‑General may make regulations making such modifications of an Act as are necessary or convenient to be made in consequence of: (a) a Minister administering 2 or more Departments; or (b) a Department being administered by 2 or more Ministers. (2) This section ceases to have effect at the end of one year after its commencement. (3) In this section, modifications includes additions, omissions and substitutions.
