(1) A reference in the Biofuels Act 2007, section 3(1), definition of Department to the department in which this Act is administered must be read as a reference to the Environment Protection Authority Staff Agency.
(2) A reference in the Biofuels Act 2007, section 3(1), definition of Secretary to the Secretary of the Department must be read as a reference to the Chief Executive Officer of the Environment Protection Authority.
