9Lodging or filing of documents with Registrar

#### 9 Lodging or filing of documents with Registrar (1) The Registrar shall cause the date on which a document was lodged or received at his office to be recorded on the document. (2) The Registrar shall acknowledge in writing the receipt of an application under subsection 28(1B), 29(1) or 29(7) of the Act, of an application referred to in subregulation 6(1), or of a request under subsection 37(1A), 41(2) or 41(3) of the Act that is lodged in writing. (3) For the purposes of subsection 68(2) of the Act, a document may be lodged with the Registrar by facsimile transmission or electronic mail.
