7 Approval of forms
(1) The President may approve forms (including electronic forms) for the purposes of the following: (a) the Act; (b) this instrument; (c) another enactment that confers powers or functions on the Tribunal. (2) However, the President may not approve, under paragraph (1)(c), a form dealing with a matter to the extent that: (a) a form dealing with the matter has been prescribed or approved for the purposes of the other enactment; or (b) the other enactment otherwise specifies the manner of dealing with the matter.
