68ACalculation of short periods of time

#### 68A Calculation of short periods of time (1) If the period of time for doing anything under this Act or any other Act, or in accordance with a direction of the Tribunal, in relation to a proceeding is a period of less than 7 days, any day on which the Registry of the Tribunal in which the relevant application was lodged is not open to the public is not to be counted in working out whether the period has ended. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a proceeding in the Migration and Refugee Division.
