6 Appointment of members of Tribunal
(1) The members shall be appointed by the Governor‑General. (2) A Judge who is to be appointed as a member of the Tribunal is to be appointed as the President or a Deputy President. (3) A person (other than a Judge) who is to be appointed as a member of the Tribunal is to be appointed as: (a) a Deputy President; or (b) a senior member (level 1); or (c) a senior member (level 2); or (d) a member (level 1); or (e) a member (level 2); or (f) a member (level 3). (4) A member (other than a Judge) shall be appointed either as a full‑time member or as a part‑time member.
